Minnesota Trout Unlimited begins new Great Waters expo at new location
We would like to thank all of you who have contacted us about our decision to end Tom Helgeson’s Great Waters Fly Fishing Expo. We were overwhelmed by the reaction from all over the Midwest, and now we have some exciting news to share. We’ve spoken at length with Minnesota Trout Unlimited and they have decided to operate a new fly fishing show in the spirit of Great Waters. In fact, we were honored when they asked us to continue the Great Waters name. All proceeds from this new show will benefit MNTU’s conservation efforts around the state of Minnesota. We hope that past exhibitors, presenters, volunteers, friends and attendees will embrace this new show in a new location. The expo will run March 18-20, 2016 at Century College in White Bear Lake, Minn. Look for more information soon.
