“Plan B” Trout Streams – Hidden Gems in the Driftless Area
Bob Trevis, author of Trout Fishing the Driftless Area, will offer suggestions for what to do when you arrive at your favorite trout stream and there are 3 cars and 2 pickups already at the access point. Salvaging the day may also introduce you to some new and productive waters – often within 20 minutes or so of your “home” stream.
Bob is a retired fly-fishing guide, a Life Member of FFI and a long-time TU member. In 2016, he authored Fly Fishing for Trout in Southeast Minnesota, and his revision/update grew into this new book that looks at the many opportunities trout anglers have in the Driftless Area of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa (sorry Illinois).
